Situation

Eukanuba, a premium brand dog food in the Iams Company line of products, sought to reduce the length of the sales cycle while communicating product benefits to their sales distribution channels, such as PetSmart and Petco. The company wanted its sales representatives to be able to illustrate return on investment DURING the sales presentation, while standardizing the message for the entire sales force.

Solution

n-tara interactive developed an interactive sales tool that visually demonstrates the product benefits to a dog's vital organs.  The presentation is easily customizable by the sales rep for specific customers, and is modularized for addition of new products.  The rep can change the order of the presentation, drop in modules, turn slides on and off, and can customize a dynamic pricing matrix that illustrates cost scenarios and customer savings.

The presentation is complete with an installation program, an editor, a help guide, and is distributed via CD or web download to sales reps.

Success

The solution adds consistency by allowing automatic downloads of new components and updates to existing content.  The result is a consistent, compliant message across the sales force.
