With three unique brands under its corporate umbrella, Edwards needed a brand platform that would guide the strategic direction and creative expression of all Edwards & Associates internal and external communications, including the new website. With so much experience among the senior leadership, it was vital to capture their collective wisdom in regard to branding perspectives, goals and insights.
n-tara interactive worked collaboratively with the Edwards team to create a branding and messaging platform that is comprehensive in detail, establishing the foundation to begin the creation of the company’s new website. Group workshops and brand-discovery exercises unleashed creativity among the participants. To develop customer profiles, n-tara interactive interviewed customers to discover their wants and needs and reveal brand perception. A printed and bound brand platform, along with a digital version, was provided to Edwards & Associates to share among employees and partners.
